- The only cookies on notitask.app are Google Analytics cookies, and they are set only after you click Accept.
- Until you accept, the analytics script isn't loaded at all, so nothing is sent to Google.
- No advertising, remarketing or social media tracking runs on the site. Google Signals and ad personalisation are off.
- Change your mind at any time with , also linked at the bottom of every page.
1. Your choice
On your first visit a banner asks whether we may use Google Analytics. Accept and Decline are equally easy, and the site works the same either way. We ask again after 12 months. If you decline or later withdraw consent, analytics stops and the Google Analytics cookies are deleted from your browser.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 1023 of the Estonian Electronic Communications Act, which implements Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive).

What Google Analytics receives: the pages you view, clicks on the store buttons, approximate location (country, city) derived from your IP address, which Google Analytics 4 does not store, and device and browser type. We keep this data for 14 months. Google processes it on our behalf under its data processing terms; transfers to the United States are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. 3. Browser storage
The site also keeps one entry in your browser's local storage. It is not a cookie and is never sent to us or anyone else:

Storing your own choice is strictly necessary for the banner to respect it, so it needs no consent. You can delete it by clearing site data for notitask.app in your browser.
4. Third-party content
Apart from Google Analytics after you accept, the site loads nothing from other providers. Pages are delivered through Cloudflare's network, which sets no cookies on notitask.app. Fonts and scripts are served from notitask.app itself, and there are no embedded videos, maps or social media widgets. The App Store and Google Play buttons are plain links; Apple's or Google's cookie rules apply only after you arrive on their sites.
5. Store buttons
The store buttons pass through a short link on notitask.app before opening the store. For each click our server counts only the date, which button was used and whether it came from a phone or a computer, without cookies, identifiers or IP addresses. This counting works whether or not you accept analytics.
6. The Notitask app
This page covers the website only. The app uses no cookies, but its free version shows ads from Google AdMob, which can use device identifiers. In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland the app asks for your consent first; see Ads and consent in the Privacy Policy.
7. Changes
If we add or change cookies, we update this page and its date before the change goes live, and ask for consent again where needed.
